1. No Cancellations or Refunds After Ordering
Final Sales: Once a jersey order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.
Because our inventory is specially ordered, all purchases are final from the moment payment is submitted.
2. Sizing Policy (No Refunds or Replacements)
Choosing Your Size: It is the customer's responsibility to select the correct size at checkout.
If your jersey arrives and does not fit you, we cannot offer a refund, return, or replacement.
💡 Recommendation: Our jerseys feature a modern, professional fit. If you are unsure or prefer a looser fit, we highly recommend ordering one size up from your regular size.
3. Shipping, Customs, & Delivery Times
Estimated Delivery Time: By purchasing from our store, the client explicitly consents and understands that it takes approximately 4 weeks for orders to arrive on the island (Curaçao).
Customs & Shipping Delays: In the event of a late package, please note that shipping logistics, local clearing, and customs delays are completely out of our hands. Golazo Curaçao is not liable for delays caused by customs holding or international courier backlogs, and late deliveries do not qualify for a refund.
